WebbDeveloped by John Adair in 1973: This team leadership model was considered groundbreaking when it was first shared in 1973. Rather than focusing on the characteristics of the leader, it looks at what they need to do to lead their team effectively. These possible actions are grouped into three areas: Task, Team and Individual.
