This appears to be a fairly common problem, but I’ve tried everything I found on Google and nothing helps. When I try to enter a name for a new online profile, it just loops me back to the prompt to make an online profile. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

If you already had an online profile then switching computers shouldn't be a problem with using the previously created profile.
